Can I book for multiple people?
Of course, we welcome you and everyone with you, you can register more than one person in the same booking process, but if you have completed the request, you can book in a new booking process.
Where is the site of the experiments?
Each experiment has a different location that appears on the experiment page, and the circle in the map determines the location approximately, and after registering for the experiment and paying, the exact location is sent.
Do you offer accredited courses?
No we don’t, HAO offers you the opportunity to try new things, explore yourself through them and get to know a new community.
How do I pay for the Experience?

How long does it take to transfer the return amount to my bank account?
Approximately between 10 and 15 days and the amount will be refunded.
How long does it take to cancel my booking and get a refund?
We would like everyone to try with us in HAO` but we understand the circumstances that face you so you can cancel your reservation and get a refund 72 hours before the experience

HAO makes all the steps easy for you, from your personal account, click on My Orders > cancel my order and you will receive an email within 24 hours confirming the return process
